The “cardinal rule” in caring for your aluminum garden statue is “NEVER USE CLEANING SOLVENTS” to clean your statue. Glass cleaners, furniture polish and other solvent-based products will remove the patina from the statue. Use only warm water, mild soap detergent (e.g., Ivory dish soap, etc.) and a soft, nylon bristle brush or sponge to clean your sculpture.
The Metal Zoo is open from 9 am to 5 pm – 7 days a week
You may return item(s) in original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund or store credit at our discretion. Keep original paperwork and contact us. Shipping costs for return items are the responsibility of the customer and not of Poor Man’s Bronze. Should a returned item arrive damaged, credit or refund may well not apply. If the damage is repairable, appropriate partial store credit or refund may be applied.
We have very little customer dissatisfaction and truly want to keep it that way. We will work with you, to your satisfaction, to address any difficulty you might have with our products or service. Just call us. We want to talk to you.
If this is an order out of state there may be a 25% restocking fee applied if an order is cancelled while in process.

When you place an order over the phone, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options on which we both agree will work best for your needs.
Turnaround time for unpainted statues from time of order to shipping a finished painted product to you is roughly 3-5 weeks.
